Men Can Live Longer by Staring at Women’s Breasts

Thank you to all the people who are sending us emails regarding medical queries, here’s one article. The reader was asking if this article he read on a certain website is true:

Staring at women’s breast is good for men’s health and makes them live longer

Researchers have discovered that a 10-minute stare at women’s breasts daily is as healthy as half-an-hour in the gym. A five-year study of 200 men found that those who enjoyed a longing look at busty beauties had lower blood pressure, less heart disease and slower pulse rates compared to those who did not get their daily eyeful. Dr Karen Weatherby, who carried out the study, wrote in the New England Journal of Medicine: “Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well endowed female is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics workout. Sexual excitement gets the heart pumping and improves blood circulation. There is no question that gazing at breasts makes men healthier.” “Our study indicates that engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of stroke and heart attack by half. We believe that by doing so consistently, the average man can extend his life four to five years.”

The verdict

Dear reader, we tried our best to search thousands of international medical journal articles contained in the Medline database which sadly turned up zero on this topic and no items authored by “Karen Weatherby”. Based on our research, this article started circulating via email around February to May of 2000 but is still baseless and unfounded. This article, however, has “some” truth in the way that they were explaining why men live longer after staring— like the cardiovascular workout, etc. This, however, has to be further studied, hence, in the greater cause of medicine, we would like to invite volunteer couples who would like to join our very own study to see if the article is indeed true. This is all strictly in the name of science, of course.

How to Make Someone Fall in Love with You

The previous article, “Falling in Love: Medically Explained”, where we wrote about “love” has caught a lot of commotion among different groups. Some groups applaud the way we were able to explain the “intricate” subject of love and how they now more understand their own selves. While some people, however, claimed that it is blasphemous and that “love” should not be meddled with. Anyway, as we promised to our readers that the next issue will deal with scientifically proven ways on how to make someone “fall in love”, we just decided to send it to those interested via email. Artificial Sugar Causes Weight Gain

Surprising research, published in the February issue of Behavioral Neuroscience, suggests artificial sweeteners have an unexpected and unwelcome effect of packing on the pounds. Head author, Susan Swithers, an associate professor of psychological sciences at the Ingestive Behavior Research Institute at Purdue University said, “We found that the rats that were getting artificially sweetened yogurt gained more weight and ate more food…” She added, “The take-home message is that consumption of artificially sweetened products may interfere with an automatic process– the process that involves the body’s ability to detect that it will soon be full.”

Simply put, our brain subconsciously does an estimation of how long the food that we eat will sustain us, which, when that “estimated” amount of food has been taken in, we stop. This automated process is, however, disrupted when we eat artificially sweetened foods, since, after we eat, and the body digests, it gets confused since it doesn’t get the “sugar” that it has estimated to gain. This makes the body learn that not all sweet food contain the sugar that we need, hence, will make us eat more, this in turn, will make us take in more “calories” when we don’t use the artificial sweetener. To test this theory, the researchers fed two different types of plain yogurt to male rats. The rats who ate artificially sweetened yogurt consumed more food overall and gained more weight.

Essentially, Susan Swithers said, it appears that the bodies of the rats are learning to not expect much in the way of calories from sweet foods. “The artificial sweetener provides the signal that not as many calories are going to come, and the animal responds by consuming more calories.”

The Verdict

The abovementioned study is based on experimentation and is likely to be a fact, but the bottomline is still the G-I-G-O, the amount of sugar or carbohydrates that enters is still the main topic. Artificial sweeteners, if the user won’t think that it is a “license to eat a lot” can be helpful in the management of weight gain.

  1. I would beg to disagree, as am sure Guys will have a SHORTER life if they get caught looking at the breasts of other women, especially when their jealous war-freak husbands see them looking.

  2. I believe that this article is true, despite not having any scientific research backing, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t true. Like you don’t need to have scientific proof that if you jump off a 30 storey building you will definitely die, it is logical.
