Tips and Tricks on how to serve your meals with less calories for the healthier you!

For Breakfast :

 

1. Try eating fresh fruit as a replacement for your fruit-flavored juice in the morning. A cup of juice has 110 calories while a single orange has 60 calories.

Less 50 calories!

2.  Try 3/4 cup of oatmeal  with 2 tablespoons of low fat granola and raisins (try it with cinnamon sprinkles) instead of your 1 1/2 bowl of plain oatmeal.

Less  65 calories!

3. Instead of adding 2 tablespoons of your favorite maple syrup on your pancakes, why not try topping it with 1 cup of sliced ripe fruit?

4. Try substituting 2 low fat turkey sausage links for your  2 regular sausage links.

5. Cooking omelet? Use the white part of the egg instead of the whole egg.
